Afya Tracker - cPanel deployment

1. cPanel -> Setup Node.js App -> Create Application
     Node.js version .......... 22 or 24   (18 and 20 will not work)
     Application root ......... afya-tracker
     Application startup file . app.js
     Application URL .......... your domain or subdomain

2. Add environment variables:
     AFYA_HIDE_DEMO = 1                     (hides the demo logins)
     AFYA_DATA_DIR  = /home/<user>/afya-data   (optional: keeps data outside the app folder)

3. Restart the application, then open  https://your-domain/api/health
   You should see {"ok":true, ...,"facilities":392,"national_facilities":8932}

4. Sign in with phone 0700000001 and the temporary PIN from data/temporary-pins-*.csv,
   then choose your own PIN. Give every field user their own PIN from that file.
